32 unit samurai

The samurai is a powerful infantry unit that can be unlocked using gems. It deals significant damage, and the excellent agility and speed of the samurai's attacks allow it to strike twice in a single turn. It is most effective against buildings and fortifications, but a samurai can also hold its own against most other infantry units. They are not very durable, and should thus be kept away from range fire. They are also easily countered by cavalry, and a player using samurai should surely mix in some pikemen in their army to make up for this weakness. Samurai are affected by the "Infantry Armor (1 and 2)" and "Sword Mastery (1 and 2)" techs available at the blacksmith. They can be upgraded to Hatamoto upon invention of the "Upgrade to Hatamoto" tech available at the barracks.
